Use Instructions:

1. Turn the power switch to ON, the light in the counting window is on;

2. The bright "00000" is displayed in the window, indicating that the counting can be started. If there are numbers in the counting window when it is opened, you need to press the reset button, and you can count after resetting;

3. Place the petri dish to be inspected on the operating table with the bottom facing up. Use a colony counting pen to count all the colonies one by one on the bottom of the petri dish. When the pen tip touches the bottom of the dish, the colony is marked in black, and at the same time there will be a touch sound prompt, indicating that the count is successful, and the number in the counting window will automatically accumulate. It can be used with LED lights and magnifying glasses to confirm the omission of aseptic drops and complete the counting;

4. The number in the counting window is the number of colonies in the petri dish, record the number;

5. Press the reset button, the display restores "00000", and the next count can be performed.
