The cell freezing container does not need any alcohol liquid. it can provide cells with a cooling rate of -1°C per minute under -80°C refrigerator conditions, meeting the optimal conditions for cryopreservation of most cells. lt is made of high-grade polyethylene foam material and contains an alloy inner core, which has no impact on the freezing enyironment and will not affect other frozen samples around it. The cell cryopreservation effect is consistent and the experiment is reproducible.

Instructions:
1. Put the cryopreservation tube containing the cells into the program cooling box stored at room temperature, and cover the cooling box lid;
2. Put the program cooling box into the -80℃ refrigerator and freeze for more than 4 hours to achieve the freezing effect;
3. Take out the program cooling box, quickly move the cryotube to a liquid nitrogen environment for storage or perform other follow-up operations;
4. After use, put the program cooling box at room temperature, and wait for the program cooling box and alloy core to return to room temperature for later use.
Precautions:
1. Before putting it in the refrigerator, please make sure that the metal ring is lying flat on the bottom of the box and the lid is covered;
2. After putting it in the refrigerator, avoid close contact with other substances, and make sure that there is a 2.5cm gap around;
3. Please put it in a dry and cool place when not in use, try to avoid high temperature above 60℃ and ultraviolet light;
4. It is strongly recommended to stop the cultivation of the original cell line after checking the cell viability after freezing.
