The PCR cap is pressed down flat by a constant and stable pressure, which solve the problem of cross-contamination caused by manual capping that is not tight, leakage, and volatile phenomena, and the problem of poor experimental  repeatability  caused by uneven results,and also solve the problem of difficult capping and slow capping.
